YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- To provide market and business development services from the local to support company Performance Tapes business growth in Indonesia/Vietnam:
- Develops analysis to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of marketing and sales resource allocation and utilization.
- Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
- Coordinate with existing key accounts in the & Industrial segments & Personal Care
- Work with the regional sales manager to identify business opportunities and develop new accounts in the Electronics, Automotive and General Industrial and Personal Care markets.
- Build and maintain business relationships with key distributors, converters and OEMs to jointly develop new business.
- Contribute actively to growth initiatives and coordinate with internal cross-functions to ensure project qualification and spec-in success.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 years + of relevant experience in selling Tapes
- Relevant experience in Distributor Management.
- Tapes related working experience, prior to marketing or related experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Skilled in developing clear, succinct articulation of communications objectives in the form of project briefs.
- Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills in order to cut across many diverse functional disciplines and regional cultures.
