KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with process Eng on machine debug
- Make necessary training material and provide training to operators and technicians
- Prepare equipment maintenance management specifications, WI, annual and monthly maintenance documents of equipment, regular spot inspection of equipment and other documents;
- Training skill for Engineers, Technicians and Operators;
- Analyze the cause of equipment failure and reduce the equipment failure rate;
- Technical improvement of equipment, equipment OEE analysis and improvement and achievement of production capacity target.
- Necessary spare parts planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor or above, majored in Electrical, Electronics, mechanical or equivalent.
- Experience: More than 5 years equipment experience in lithium-ion battery factory or electronics experience, with work experience in battery factory is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Able to have maintenance in automation equipment, understand AutoCAD, solid works, able to use PLC software, electrical and electronics designs, cells technology.
- Functional Skills: Familiar with CPK, FMEA, MSA and 6 sigma applications.
