WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage the TA team to promptly fill vacancies for across functional teams. 
  • Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts to create talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans accordingly.
  • Come up with hiring solutions or better recruitment approaches.
  • Control recruitment budget and recruitment sources effectiveness
  • Be hands-on with the team to resolve any rising problems timely
  • Manage hiring reports, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with other HR functions and Business units to enhance employee experience via engagement activities, welcome sessions, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 8-year experience in recruiting function, with at least 2 years of experience in team lead level.
  • Technology recruitment background, start-up experience is a plus
  • Good command in English
  • Ability to manage data and make data-driven decisions
  • Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive
  • Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
