Job Description:
- Support the team to create RFP response during RFP timing
Collect and check” client references” for consistency with the RFP requirement
Collect and check “team members proposal” for consistency with the RFP requirement
Collect and check “Work plan /approach” for consistency with the RFP requirement
Check the company's financial proposal for consistency with the RFP requirement
Collect Vietnamese version of above and check for consistency with the RFP requirement
Check the consistency of the RFP response to client RFP
Prepare prints and signature
Bind RFPs properly and bind the RFPs in time
- Support the team to create repository of RFP response for the firm (when RFP is not out)
Create repository of the following items in both English and Vietnamese for future use
Client references by project type
Team profiles/leadership/expert/SA/outsized profiles
RFP technical requirements

- Working time: Monday to Friday
- Labour contract term: 2 months with option to extend up to 6 months
- Working location: Thanh Hoa
Requirements:
- English (conversational and can read email is a must) – ideally the candidates have business English level, as there is a possibility that he/she can extend or become permanent
- Vietnamese fluent
- Attention to details
- Structured thinker
- Hospitality mindset
- If possible, use PPT (not to write charts but for example re-sequence them)
