​Dr. Thiet has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. He has global business knowledge from 20 years of working in the US for top multinational companies with HR projects in EMEA, NA, APAC, and Russia. During the past 10 years, Dr. Thiet has been living in Vietnam and gained local expertise as Head of HR & EC Member for top private and public Vietnamese firms.

Dr. Thiet has Doctorate and Master degrees from Columbia University in New York. He has three publications on Best Global Practices in Internal Organization Development and served as Chairman of the Global Committee on the Future of OD.
