Assistant Accounting Accountant
Location: Hanoi

SCOPE
Manage on closing activities, prepare / review and analyze financial report, handling with audits and Taxable

RESPONSIBILITY
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
• Manage monthly / quarterly / yearly closing activities
• Review monthly adjusting journal entries
• Assist with audits
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns or any other tax relevant.
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Produce budget according to schedule.
• Perform trend and budget versus actual analyses.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Recommend and implement process improvement.
• Prepare special reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Good communication and writing skills in English.

10 – 15 years’ experience in accounting / finance.
CPA Preferred
Strong knowledge of VAS / IFRS / Taxable
Proficient with MS office suite, including strong Excel skills and other accounting software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professional at all levels.
Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines.
Sound interpersonal skills and should have experience as a team leader.
Requests who are ready to learn and adapt with fast-paced work environment.
Work experience in our industry is not required but preferred.
