JOB PURPOSE
- Assist Chief Accountant to manage the accounting matters at MKW and GEV
- Ensure the smooth operations of financial transactions at company aligning with business strategy
- Ensure to compliance with local authorities about the timeline of reports
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work in details of daily/ weekly/ monthly book keeping entry.
- Check the payments supporting documents, create the payment applications, and reconcile the Bank balance with accounting entry weekly basic.
- Prepare monthly/Quarterly/ annually FS reports; taxation reports; FDI reports; statistics and Customs reports to submit management and local authorities.
- Experience and willing to work out the Proposal/ relating documents for internal management and compliance objectives.
- Issuance the Sales invoices to Clients/ EVN properly.
- Prepare the letters/ application to Local authorities relating to Taxation and accounting work.
- Willing to handle relating others additional works
- Liaise with other relevant stakeholders for their report in compliance with company regulations and laws or their explanation when inaccuracy or mismatch with current financial resources, ah-hoc and budget approved.
- Propose for enhancement in accounting mattes to align with local law, management purpose and business strategy
- Other works under group assigned by line managers
- Add-hoc assigned by line managers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Auditing
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience at the same role, background of Auditing/ Big 4 is preferable
- Experience in processing payment with EVN is preferable
- Deploy and implement SAP software is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Good knowledge in IFRS, VAS, Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate laws.
SKILL/ABILITY REQUIRED
- Proficiency in MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant accounting systems
- Good at communication and interpersonal skill with high sense of customer service mindset.
- Be able to independent working and teamwork with high sense of flexibility
- Be able to work under high pressure and the level of changing and manoeuvre from company
- Integrity, carefulness, transparency, discipline with high sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
