Objective:
  • Is the finance partner of CCO (Chief customer Officer)
  • Is a member of the commercial EXCO
  • Interfaces with Product Managers, CRM and Risk UW managers
  • Supports product & commercial strategy decision making and performance with profitability analyses throughout the product lifecycle to meet business targets

Key responsibilities:
  • Contributes to the definition and to the execution of the commercial strategy aligned with the company strategy
  • Define jointly with CCO commercial goals and product profitability targets.
  • Measure performance of the commercial divisions by segment/product/risk grade and by distribution channels including the definition and monitoring of action plans
  • Support decision making in terms of Product related business development/investment
  • Supports definition and measurement of the efficiency of sales incentives
  • Supports business cases (NPV analysis) for commercial investments
  • Interfaces and cooperates with FP&A in providing all assumptions, analyses and action plans related to commercial with regards to actual, budget and forecasts
