*RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SMUI
Handle SMUI claims for ENT’s associates to ensure accurate monthly SMUI contribution and on-time payment as regulated by Law.
Support in SMUI audit when requested.
Manage employee’s claim and allowance payment from Government Social Insurance fund
Others related task to compulsory insurance
2. Payroll
Be in charge of and calculate the monthly payroll
Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees.
Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
Process monthly payroll payment via Citidirect
Send monthly pay slip to employees
Other tasks requested by Line Manager
3. Personal Income Tax
Process and complete monthly personal income tax declaration, dependent, code registration, finalization for employees, and expatriates to ensure PIT compliance.
Support in PIT tax audit (if any) and work with the Company's tax consultant to deal with the PIT matters related to the expatriates.
*REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years working experience in SMUI, reporting and office function
Strong interpersonal skill
Experience in Payroll, PIT, external HR is a plus
