JOB SUMMARY

  • The Data Campaign Manager is responsible to work with Products, Commercial, Marketing, Operations to design, operationalize and manage partner and CRM campaigns. The role will include day to day campaign management and planning, continual improvement of processes and campaign efficiencies and campaign effectiveness management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with relevant business functions to design, develop and execute campaigns
  • Manage campaign calendars and target member segments
  • Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept adequately informed about campaign progress at all times
  • Agree key processing dates with the Campaign Owners and delivery team
  • Identify, develop and manage improvements to campaigns – targeting, design, testing, measurement. Share improvements with wider team.
  • Manage campaign related issues
  • Produce and distribute campaign analysis reports
  • Conduct regular reviews on campaign design with business owners
  • Documentation of Campaigns
  • Follow QC processes across all areas of campaign delivery – ensure that QC steps have been followed by Delivery team
    • Assist with the campaign side of application developments
    • Provide guidance into creative design
    • Co-ordination of campaigns with external vendors if required
    • Liaise directly with the Sponsor / Partner on operational requirements for their campaigns
    • Identify, develop and manage improvements to campaigns – targeting, design, testing, measurement
    • Document processes
    • Participate in UAT of system changes.
    • Participate in key planning sessions with other departments as a subject matter expert
  • Build workflows and assign resources
  • Responsible for the delivery of timely, error free campaign outputs in line with KPIs
  • Ensure all relevant offers are deployed to the websites correctly and timely
  • Manage any artwork and copy including quality control before campaign launch
  • Assist in the proofing and checking of the data on campaigns
  • Schedule and prioritise analysis, monitor delivery and escalate where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education & Work Experience

  • University degree in marketing, business, or similar field (practical experience may be adequate to forego this requirement)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Campaign Management or similar role
  • Experience in loyalty, airline, telco or banking industry is preferred

B. Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Ability to add value the end to end lifecycle of a data driven campaign from concept development to execution and measurement.
  • Thorough understanding of data segmentation and database marketing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & team working skills
  • Willingness, confidence and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to manage many projects concurrently on time
  • Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented and process driven
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles of direct and email marketing
  • Knowledge of Data Legislation and Governance
