1.    Role
-    Responsible for the development, management, execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns and communications for assigned product lines
-    Lead and provide inputs to ensure marketing campaign effectiveness
2.    Responsibilities
-    Delivering increased digital activation and engagement across digital assets (online, mobile and other digital channels)
-    Building a best in class Digital Channel customer experience that will lead, encourage and drive results locally across their teams, including NPS for digital platforms
-    Analyze, test and optimize the digital journeys and transactions across all touch points to improve feature activation and engagement
-    Influence the digital delivery agenda in the area of features, customer journeys and design principles
-    Leading digital awareness, change and messaging programs as the Bank continue to deliver new features to our customers both online or on mobile for the customers
-    Design and lead in bank-wide commercialization, Omni-channel initiatives and CLCM digital readiness to achieve targeted Digital objectives, business productivity and operational excellence
3.    Competencies 
-    Strong data and analytics skills
-    Experienced in channel & campaign management across integrated digital marketing landscape (Search, Display & Social - Organic &Paid formats)
-    Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (FB/IG, DV360/Search 360)
-    Proficient in GMP 360 Suite (Analytics, Optimize, Audience Management, Data Studio, Tag Manager)
-    Experienced in media planning and buying principles including digital formats
