Job Purpose: This position is responsible for KPIs set for training team in each territory across the nation. The job holder is in charge of entire training activities in the respective territory aligned with sales activities of the respective AD head and Zone heads.

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the whole territory training team to ensure all training activities (for agent, agency leaders, GA staff) and manpower are well managed, training programs are well scheduled and clearly communicated to the agency force
  • Deliver for application: employ instructional strategies that facilitate application on the job
  • Recruit, develop and certify Zone Trainers, Business Development Managers, Associate Trainers. Retain talents for sustainable business and successor planning.  
  • Effectively deploy certification process in each territory to ensure training quality and standards
  • Closely work with AD/ GAD/ other business partners to coordinate training delivery in the territory in charge and be accountable for the effectives of the programs delivered
  • Work closely with Region Training manager/ Training Manager (quality control) to provide feedback on Training procedures and ensure all training activities strictly complied with laws and regulations of MOF, DC and DTD. 
  • Supervise the planning and admin processes in the territory to make sure all agents residing in the territory in charge are properly supported in their training needs.
  • Conduct advanced training programs relating to the Life Insurance for agency force if necessary
  • Support DT Head in budgeting, DT strategy and planning. 

Team & Relationship management
  • Build & development team and prepare successors as well.
  • Build & maintain internal & external relationships effectively
  • Ensure effective communication among parties

Others (To be assigned by the Line Manager or Company’s management (if any)): Participate in annual improvement projects of Agency Development to drive business goals of department & company.

  • Responsible for all KPIs set for territory
  • Due to the nature of this job, the incumbent will play as the representative of company image before the agency force
  • Relationships and Communications: Build effective relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others. Manage conflict to ensure least disruption to organization.

Job Requirements:
 
Qualifications
  • University graduation with major Human Resources Management/  Business Administration/ Pedagogy/ Finance- Banking. Master graduation is an advantage          
  • Knowledgeable about finance, investment & insurance
  • Proficient in English
