Responsibility:
- Implement all Operations Excellence (OE) processes, such as Support and Deployment of activities, through OE strategy with periodic review, tracking, reporting, action with focus and priority from time-to-time of business
- Put Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles into practical application by the assigned projects, gain and maintain commitment from team members through continual training, education and coaching.
- Lead assigned teams throughout the problem-solving efforts, identify barriers to the effective implementation of the Six Sigma process and take the necessary action to resolve or escalate issues/problems.
- Report as appropriate on project status through the established project tracking system and management/project reviews.
- Provide support, assistance and mentoring to Six Sigma Green Belts in their process improvement projects, sharing expertise to ensure successful project implementation.
- Education: College up (Major: Technical)
- Work Experience: Have at least 5 years working in manufacturing (at site), including at least 2 year about project management
- Skills & Abilities:
- Good at English
- Good at problem solving ability, analytical ability, organizational, negotiate ability, ability handle multiple skills
- Personal attributes: communication skills, flexibility, training skills
- Profound knowledge of the manufacturing process
- Green belt or Innovation training certificate
- Working hours: Working hours (8.00am - 17.00pm);
- Salary: Negotiable (TOTAL BENEFITS FOR TOTAL CONTRIBUTIONS) – Max: 22mil;
