JOB DESCRIPTION

Location:  Dist. 10, HCMC

Working time:  Monday to Friday (7:30 A.M - 4:30 P.M)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Receive orders, check prices, sign and approve prices and notify customers, make contracts, ask customers to pay, place factory orders.

  • Contact the factory for the status of the goods, notify the customer and request confirmation of the shipping mark.

  • Prepare a set of Customs declaration documents.

  • Plan to pack pallets + combine with other shippers (when required).

  • Contact shipping lines for ETD dates.

  • Contact Logistics to determine the closing date.

  • Making handover documents, proposal forms, collecting documents, etc.

  • Directly go to the port to register for container packing, get seal, packing of containers at the port, liquidate declarations, receive and deliver goods from the factory's warehouse of finished products.

  • Contact the warehouse & dispatch to arrange the vehicle and the date and time to deliver the goods to the port.

  • Work with Logistics on documents, ETD, ETA, charges, free time at destination).

  • Work with insurance (insurance for shipment at customer's request).

  • Work on shipments (VGM, S/I, draft BL, check Debit note, red Invoice).

REQUIREMENT:

  • University graduation, majoring in Trading, International Business, Logistics or other related fields.

  • 2+ years experience in Import – Export in Manufacturing/ Trading Pharma companies.

  • Experienced in Customs procedures and documentation.

  • Proficiency in English  

SALARY AND BENEFIT:

  • Salary: 14 – 15 mil VND Gross/month
