RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to review legacy IT systems / applications, define and log current and future-state business requirements, and drive hiring of talent (technological and / or digital) to support the Company’s short and longer-term needs / strategy;
- Provide technical leadership on the implementation of a company-wide IT systems strategy / blueprint and drive specific IT initiatives including (but not limited to) the assessment, selection of individual vendors, and implementation of an ERP, LMS / VLE, and CRM system;
- Research trends within the ELT, education, and IT space and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review applicability to the Company; and lead the implementation of systems, tools, and technologies across the Company’s IT systems infrastructure;
- Lead the review, drafting, and implementation of quality assurance, intellectual property (IP), and customer data protection and business continuity processes and procedures; ensure all technology is compliant with relevant local legislation and / or regulatory standards; and develop, oversee, and evaluate the effectiveness of controls in- place to prevent and deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies; and
- Coach existing employees and devise training plans that continue to update or upskill core competencies of the IT Team, aligned with evolving system level requirements and / or business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
- At least 7 years in IT management level, at least 3 years in multi-national companies.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation; having deployed with success ERP project; Experience in education business is preferred;
- A demonstrated excellent track record for project management and/or business analysis of IT projects related areas of Software applications, Business Intelligence, CRM;
- Able to lead process improvement discussions, perform technical documentation of business requirements, coordinate UAT and end-user training ;
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations

- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Ability to drive and leverage various IT partners outside Vietnam at regional level to deliver IT solutions to support Vietnam.
