1.     Role
-    Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, including forecasting and attribution tracking to overall targets
-    Work with business analysts in consolidating and building campaign dashboards and analysis for easy
reference and sharing marketing and business forums
2.    Responsibilities
-    Establish and track campaign performance KPIs across channels and use cases, communicating findings to senior leadership to improve strategy
-    Build business-critical data capabilities like marketing attribution, valuation of customer engagement, and tracking of cross-channel marketing touches for each customer
-    Forecast performance of campaigns to prioritize resources towards high-potential initiatives
-    Identify areas of improvement in performance, delivering recommended optimizations to marketers and channel management
-    Work with the technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
-    Craft test designs, interpret results, translate results into a program's impact to the company, prepare final documents, and present results to senior management in a fast-paced cadence
3.    Competencies
-    Building and managing relationships with both analytics and business stakeholders
-    Experience in problem solving, including structuring extracting insights and developing recommendation from insights
-    Strong data analysis and reporting skills
-    Proven experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting to management
-    Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively
