NPI Program Management

Requirement:
• Bachelor of Engineer and experience in Engineering / Technical role
• Fluent in English 
• Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and executive presentations.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization.
• Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution.
• Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details.

Duties:
• Lead the operational side of development builds during new product introduction for Apple product.
• Communicate project status updates to various project partners, including team members and executives within Apple and CM.
• Lead matrix team members (including STM, Ops TE, DFM, PQM, TPM, GSM) from across all functions in Vietnam, China and US within operations to develop new product plans. 
• Influence and negotiate for DFX, supply chain, testability, product features
• Gather information between Apple R&D and OEM to plan new product introduction to maximize resources and minimize costs
• Engage with OEM manufacturing partner to develop, ramp, and introduce products
