Core Responsibilities:
· Smooth and efficient running of our company’s offices and daily admin work
· Be the first person to greet our guest and collaborative partners when they visit our offices
· Manage calendars, travel agendas, expense reimbursement, booking and coordination of meetings and office events on behalf of the SEA Leadership team
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and other related practicalities
· Handling of requests from various stakeholders – both internal and external
· Ad-hoc tasks supporting the SEA Leadership Team
· PA function to VP
· This position will also provide support to Finance and HRdepartments including:
- Record keeping, reporting and preparation of presentation materials as assigned.
- Support for business travellers and expats.
- Event planning, preparation and coordination
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
· 5 years above related working experience
· Good interpersonal skills to communicate across functions/ departments and the abilty to build relationsships
· The abilty to act proactive, prioritise and being organised in your daily work
· The ability to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality
· Expertise in MS Office programmes, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
· Education or hospitality industry related experience
