*JOB OVERVIEW

As Project Recruiter, your main responsibility is to handle, deliver high quality service to candidates by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

*ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and attract candidates by using database, social media, websites, job days, ...

  • Prepare, post jobs on appropriate channels

  • Screen, shortlist, interview candidates within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirements

  • Accurately interpret clients' person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching

  • Minimize time spent with non-core candidates

  • Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the candidate

  • Communicate all requirements of the job to the candidate

  • Provide face-to-face pre-interview advice to all candidates

  • Candidate and database management

  • Do the candidates and market mapping when requested

  • Maintain accurate and complete records into database

  • Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings

  • Follow up interview schedule and provide update to master project recruitment file

  • Remind client to provide interview result and take actions accordingly with candidates

  • Data input

  • Prepare recruitment tracking files and related data

  • Share feeds, pots on online channel

  • Prepare offline sourcing channel

  • Follow up with billing and invoice

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • *REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • Have 1 year professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks of recruitment services

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payrolls

  • Professional in Microsoft Office operation

  • Open-minded and innovative. Customer-service-oriented

  • English is preferred
