I. Main responsibilities

• Understand P&L responsibility for a range of products under your control including revenue, margins.

• Employ data-driven decision making to develop and execute optimal category, pricing, promotions, range, and availability strategies to expand both sales and margin.

• Drive cost recovery through the reduction of excess waste and improve category sustainability & health metrics

• Provide insight to the sales team and work closely with marketing and supply chain to forecast demand and ensure consistent supply

• Provide timely, accurate and actionable category performance reviews and insights to the commercial & wider management teams, including latest competitor and market trends

• Identify product range options & develop sustainable and profitable growth

• Develop promotional calendars

• Develop new incentive programs for salespersons to perform.

• Work with stakeholders including Supply Chain, Marketing, - Operations, and Finance to execute plans on time and within budget.

• Help to design systems and processes to minimize the time spent on day-to-day tasks and allow more time for strategic thinking.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry, the competitive environment in FMCG, and cultivate strong relationships with strategic people in the category.

• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts

• Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the Leadership team.

• Produce models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.

• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.

• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation, and streamlining operations.

• Experience in creating concepts and processes and quickly drive change in a multi-cultural environment.

II. Qualifications needed

• 6-8 years of working experience in FMCG (Food & Drink), Ecommerce in which 3 – 5 years of taking the similar role

• Graduate/ Postgraduate from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance or another qualified achievement

• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner and clear logic.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Mastery of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese with great communication skills (both oral and written), passion and energy
