Key accountabilities

1. Responsibility for building general EA framework:
- Build general EA framework to meet Bank's business strategy
- Build technology standards, design methods in each period to meet Bank's business strategy
- Research and build new technology approaches and turn it into Bank in order to improve competitive capabilities, service quality and pioneer in new areas

2. Responsibility for ensuring general architecture orientation:
- Guide IT employees on technology standards and design approach
- Assess and/or participate in architecture design of solutions as well as solution selection
- Assess and/or approve solution architectures to ensure the consistency with architecture standards and strategy
- Review architecture in line with plan, assess level of compliance following standardized architecture

3. Other duties
- Participate in assigned technology project
- Participate in building processes, guideline on profession of the department
- Participate in dealing with assigned technology risk
- Perform other tasks assigned by management team - Reporting line: Head of EA

Experiences

- Deep understand IT strategy and development roadmap of Bank within the next 5 year
- Able to propose solution architecture for some main functions of Bank such as: Payment, BPM, DW, Risks, Lending...
- Able to cooperate with other units to execute from idea to design and operation - Be knowledgeable about technical solution analysis, design, and selection
- Minimum 8 year of experience in execute end-to-end main solutions in Bank from profession to application such as card, core, internet banking, data warehouse...
