Location: Hanoi (Remote)
Report: Head of Department (based in Singapore)
- Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of ICT
- Infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, PCs, operating systems and associated hardware and software.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of windows operating systems
- Basic / good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences
- Preferably with office 365 & Sharepoint troubleshooting experiences
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.
- Preferably experience working in System Integrator environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent customer management skills
