You will report directly to Head of HR. Your main responsibilities are: forecasting future talents needs, managing full cycle of recruitment, implement employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for vacant positions, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Play a key role in talent acquisition activities
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies
  • Implement employer branding initiatives
  • Supporting in talent programs across levels
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Manager role, you must have experience in headhunters/executive search firms or in-house recruitment experience.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business, IT or relevant degree
  • Five to seven years in talent acquisition related roles, preferably in the Internet/Gaming/Fintech/E-commerce industry
  • Independent, active and result-oriented
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline
