You will report directly to Head of HR. Your main responsibilities are: forecasting future talents needs, managing full cycle of recruitment, implement employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for vacant positions, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals
- Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Play a key role in talent acquisition activities
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies
- Implement employer branding initiatives
- Supporting in talent programs across levels
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business, IT or relevant degree
- Five to seven years in talent acquisition related roles, preferably in the Internet/Gaming/Fintech/E-commerce industry
- Independent, active and result-oriented
- Positive working attitude and a good team player
- Analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline
