1. Key responsibilities:
  • Defining the market needs of the business which will lead to strategies/plans/actions needed to meet business growth in these areas 
  • Seek and maintain direct contact with selected customers. Establish professional and technical credibility which result in a partnership for growth.
  • Evaluation of new and existing products to demonstrate product performance, general applications support tools and solution package to address customers request and complaints. 
  • Ensuring day to day activities are consistent and focused on long term objectives as defined in the laboratory plan. Use project planning tools to set objectives, timelines, costing, milestones and obtain feedback to plan and agreement from relevant parties prior to commencement of work
  • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and commitment with full compliance to EH&S standards and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain an effective network with technical peers in the region and globally to develop effort in cross business collaboration. 
2. What distinguishes you:
  • Lead technical and field support in Industrial Coatings 
  • Planning, design, implementation of strategies/programmes/projects in alignment as agreed with Technical Manager.
  • Provide regular input to business management team on the performance and development of market needs.
  • Bachelor degree and above in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in Research & Development, or customer technical service.
  • Experience in Coating Industries will be highly preferred. 
  • Good written, oral and presentation skill in English and Vietnamese. Other language skill is beneficial
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good sense of business acumen is preferable
