On 16th January, ManpowerGroup Vietnam partnered with French-Vietnam Center for Management to organize “Winning the War for Talent in Uncertain Times” seminar. Attracted over 100 attendees, the event welcomed experienced speakers from ManpowerGroup Vietnam, Senior Advisor, Organization and HC Transformation, Management Consulting and PYS Travel. Three speakers and attendees discussed and shared stories about how their businesses steered their "personnel boat" throughout 2020.

Increasing demand for skills that only humans possess, also known as soft skills, is becoming important more than ever for both workers and leaders, i.e.communication skills, prioritization skills, adaptability, initiative-taking, critical thinking, relationship building etc."
