(1) BROAD SCOPE:
- General management of post-harvesting operation in Fresh Food warehouse
(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inbound and outbound planning management
- Check inbound volume planning and manpower plan to meet target
- Make detail plan of receiving, processing operation
- Monitor manpower booking plan to meet target productivity
2. Productivity management
- Monitor detailed manpower plan to meet the target productivity
- Monitor regular training plan (new and refresh) to workers in order to improve productivity and reduce mistakes
- Regular check productivity onsite in order to take prompt action if delay.
- Leading improvement in the warehouse to increase productivity and warehouse performance
3. Cost management
- Monitor operating cost (including manpower, materials, consumable cost, equipment…)
4. Claim solving management
- Support claim team to clear claim cases from customers
- Analyze the root causes and make improvement plan
- Support leaders to solve irregular cases happening daily
5. Report management
- Monitor lead-time of report to customer
- Regular report to management
- Lead the process of KPI report
6. Other job assigned by management
(3) REQUIREMENTS:
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- University graduate of agriculture, post-harvest
(b) EXPERIENCE:
- At least 8-year experience inpost-harvest agriculture, logistics warehouse operation, including 3 years in warehouse management or post-harvesting management, distribution warehouse is preferred.
(c) SKILLS:
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good leadership skill
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Able to work under high pressure
