BOD ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist in planning and implementing overall business strategy.
- Control budget planning, tracking and managing expenses.
- Co-operate and monitor progress towards objectives and activities of related departments.
- Schedule, organize and participate in company and community events.
- Collect information, take part to make plans and report land availability works.
- Follow up on all documents, supervise the deployment of projects, and prepare reports and projects presentation materials.
- Set up and carry out business plan report or launch the specific project on BOD’s instruction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, staff, and the community.
- Assist in overseeing and supervising daily operations, coordinate with internal and external parties for an arrangement of meetings, business appointments and preparation of necessary documents.
- Prepare official documents, reports and others requested by BOD.
REQUIREMENT:
- Year of experience: at least 2-year experience in a relevant position.
- Minimum education level: University degree. Major in management/ business.
- Excellent skill in spoken-written English, computer usage.
- Good representation ability and strong skill in interpersonal communication.
- Good ability of number analysis and collection, good time-management skills.
- Good morality, confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Good knowledge of legal documents and enterprise.
