*JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible in the development of PERM business by offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services in order to the required financial outcomes.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development
Identifying business opportunities and targeted clients to develop company business on PERM service.
Direct business development activities including identifying strategic business accounts; participating local/ national tender bids, making presentation and
sales visits, sharing client information with other areas and doing cross selling activities;Manage and develop sales data by various sales activities, including cold call, email marketing, networking, market collection...
Prepare sales material, contract, quotation with supervise by managers
Keep update with market growth, trends, competitors and related service for the best branding of organization brands

Growth in the number of clients invoiced
Growth in GP and GP %
Client Management
Work with clients to develop and implement cost propose/ cost saving / process efficiencies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with clients and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits
In collaboration with Manager to implement and maintain account management strategies, which include: call cycle as per business requirements and
effective and reliable process for the sharing of client business intelligence.Strictly cooperate with consultants and team leaders in service ability for the best service delivery

2. Accounting & Financial tasks
Process Pro-forma invoices for charging clients and follow up the transfer from clients
Send and ensure personal income tax data to Finance
Reconciliation outsourcing cost to Finance

Cooperate with marketing team to arrange sales activities
Cooperate with team members on manage and improve the social channels, fan page, seminar…
Participate in delivering some key projects with Manager
Manage Expenses and corrective actions to achieve annual target and progress towards achievement of the business plan

*REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1-2 years experienced in sales and consultation
At least Bachelor Degree in related field
Excellent in English in writing and negotiation skill
