Job Description:
Recruitment (80%)
Involve in recruitment activities based on demands
Manage full process of recruitment activities
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Admin task (20%)
Monthly payment to vendor (collect invoice, raise approval, submit document to FI PIC)
Retrieving documents upon request.
Assisting with both internal and external audits.
Ensuring documentation integrity.
Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level.
Working location: PVI Tower, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi
Requirement:
At least 1 year professional experience in HR
Good English Communication. Good Korean is an advantage
Good organizational skills.
Multitasking ability.
