​RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

•Generally manage the project together with the PM with regards to all financial aspects

•Ensure books and records are at any time representing a true and fair picture of the project financials (actuals and forecasts) and report

•Ensure the application and the continuous management of financial guarantees, bonds and project securities

•Ensure proper execution of all internal and external tasks related to finance and legal: reporting, audit, treasury, taxes compliance, ECC, customs and alike

•Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelines

•Ensure, together with the PM, proper management of Risks and Opportunities, including credit and F/X risks

•Support PM in the management of all project stakeholders

•Ensure, together with the PM and the Package Managers, that all customer and supplier contracts and requirements are fulfilled

•Support the PM in all commercial aspects of customer negotiations regarding contracts, claims, and variation orders

•Maintain business case supporting the PM for maximizing value through ensuring optimal commercial solutions to minimize NCCs in the project finances; maximize project profitability together with PM

•Ensure lessons learnt are being made

•Be accountable as World Project Controller for all project shares

REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor or above, major in finance, accounting, internal trade, MBA, etc.

•5+ years experience in commercial area (accounting, controlling, etc.) with good knowledge of SAP system.

•1 year experience of managing project business, preferably from the Energy Sector (power plants) or Industry Sector.

•Experience in MNC is a plus.

•Good communication skills in a diversified team and cross-cultural environment.

•Fluent in both oral and written Vietnamese and English

•Good team player, results-driven and active approach
