1. Job description

• Prepare cost estimation for bidding projects.
• Prepare cost report for execution projects.
• Prepare cost summary following management requests.
• Update historical cost data.
• Other duties related to assignment from manager

2. Job requirements:

a. Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferable Construction Economic Engineering
• Experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities, Cost estimation, Cost verification of Construction projects Integrity, carefully, accuracy, consistency and confidentiality
• English skill: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
• Confident and creative in problem solving; logical thinking
• Effective & strong communication skill
• Competent in MS Office skills especially MS Excel and MS Power Point

b. Willing to have:

• Having experience in Renewable energy, Civil and Industries projects is an advantage.
• Having knowledge about unit rate of material, equipment and labor cost in construction projects or Ability to understand contraction contract is another competitive point.

c. Other recommendation:

• All candidates who have experiences up to 2 years in the Quantities Surveyor (Cost Estimation and Verification) or Fresh graduated students from Hanoi University of Civil Engineer (HUCE) & University of Transport and Communications (UTC) …. are welcome.
