Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Assume the role of HSE partner overseeing related matters in the location including periodic process review and self-evaluation.
- Assume the role of Fire Protection and Emergency Representative (FE Rep) and ensure the related fire safety and emergency response process are in place and maintain up-to-date.
- Conduct training and drills as per local and/or requirements.
Premise maintenance & operations
- Set and review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all 3rd parties service providers
- Manage and ensure 3rd party service provider conduct maintenance regime in accordance with contracts
- Develop and review policies and guidelines in accordance with guidelines and market best practices in maintenance and operations matters.
Lease Management
- Provide support to management in area of lease with landlords and yield the best values for the organization.
- Liaise with departments in coordination for approval for lease agreement.
- Liaise with landlord and ensure the agreed services are rendered to the organization accordingly.
Space Planning and Project Management
- Provide overview of space usage and maintain a space inventory within the organization.
- Support internal users in providing proposal and plans for any space reconfiguration.
- Provide complete Project Management, including design, selection, procurement and contractor management, when space reconfiguration is needed.
Protection and Security
- Assume the role of Protection and Security partner (PRS) overseeing related matters in the location, including periodic process review and self-auditing.
- Liaise with Regional Protection and Security Officer (PSO) in ensuring all related requirements are compiled and submit required annual reporting.
- Conduct training and provide advisory to associates when necessary.
General Administration
- Develop process and procedures as and when required and conduct periodical review on them
- Support in annual budget exercise
- Generate rental cost (PSF) for Management consideration
Qualifications
- Education: Engineering/Technical background is a must - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or similar majors. Professional EHS certificates
- Work Experience: Good working knowledge of local legislation and environmental compliance; Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in the same function from multinational/global companies
- Languages: Good at communication both English and Vietnamese
- Hardware / Software Skills: Good user of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and function specific software.
- Special Skills: Presentation skill, coaching skill and problems solving; Project management
- Personality:Teamwork spirit, Communicative and responsive, Risk awareness, Organizational skills, Analytical skills, Proactivity
