Job Description

Position Objective:

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial and investment activities in the fields it operates in.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Financial Management & Strategy:

  • Build and maintain an effective financial system to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data, develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans.
  • Manage financial resources, including capital management, budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and regular reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, propose measures to optimize capital structure and manage financial risks.
  • Research and evaluate new investment opportunities, ensuring feasibility and risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies based on profit and growth objectives.
  • Engage in close dialogue with stakeholders to ensure that financial strategy supports business operations and the company's overall strategy.

Management of Partner Relationships and Banks:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and manage financial contracts and loans to support projects.

Legal Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure that all financial activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and measures to ensure transparency and honesty.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Build, guide, and develop the financial team, ensuring efficiency and achievement of company goals.
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the financial department.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 08 years of experience in investment finance and financial management, holding equivalent positions.
  • Relevant advanced degree, preference for those with a master's or postgraduate degree in finance.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial strategies, investment, and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills with shareholders, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and good teamwork abilities.
  • Solid understanding of legal and industry standards in finance.
