 Job Description:

•  Support for VP’s employee claim, business trip claim.

•  Monthly payment to vendor (collect invoice, raise approval, submit document to FI PIC)

•  Control the company seal using 

•  Retrieving documents upon request.

•  Assisting with both internal and external audits.

•  Ensuring documentation integrity.

•  Controlling access to documents.

•  Proofreading documents upon request.

• Working location: PVI Tower, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi

Requirement:

•  Bachelor Degree (fresh graduate)

•  Good organizational skills.

•  Multitasking ability.

•  Attention to detail.

•  Good written and verbal communication.

•  Good interpersonal skills.
