- Responsible for set up operational index and monitoring

- Responsible for understanding & gathering internal/external data to find operational index

- Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer's operation data to find Root- Causes, Impact, Opportunity, etc.)

- Responsible for finding insight and cooperate with Tracking Center group to support developing

- RPA task & designing detail solution in terms of process efficiencies, system required

- Functionality enhancement, etc. for S.E.Asia subsidiaries

- Working location: Cau Giay District, Ha Noi

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in statistics, logistics, SCM, freight forwarding or shipping industry (required in SCM/Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)

- Proficient in computer applications: Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Power BI

- Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner

- Good problem solving and decision making skills

- Fair English proficiency

- IT background (if any)
