Job Responsibility:

Management of Sales, Retail & Marketing Departments

Overall Supervision & Direction:
  • Develop and review goals based on objectives set up by the BOD and delivery to team.
  • Improve, maintain organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability.
  • Act as a middle point for management and employees.
  • Review progress as compared to goals, budget and targets.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.

Sales & Profitability Function:
  • Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration.
  • Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets and help them devise strategies to achieve the goals.
  • Ensure that employees have the knowledge and information needed along with the appropriate sales tools to get desired sales results.
  • General supervision of all sales staff and sales efforts

Trade MKT & MKT Communications Function:
  • Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans with strategies, promotion mix and negotiate with management the budget for the same.
  • Implement the marketing plan selecting best possible media vehicle while optimizing the cost and benefits within the approved budget.
  • Review and analyze the marketing efforts and make necessary changes in the future plan.

  • Good sales skills, communication & presentation skill.
  • Knowledge & experience of planning & strategic, good customer mindset & good logical thinking.
  • Being trustable, dynamic and high responsibilities.
  • Good ability to work independently.
  • Able to work under high pressure.

  • Sales in/ Sales out/Sales Planning
  • Evaluate KPI Team.
  • Positive brand image in market and business community.

Professional Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
  • Proven track record of success in sales environment, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Solid experience to manage sales team
  • Result oriented, self-driven, a clear focus on high quality and business and strong negotiation
  • Strong analytical, financial, problem solving, planning and business skills
  • Strong command of English both written and spoken

Behavioral Competencies: Result oriented, Leadership, Management, Adapting Fast-moving workplace.

Experience:
  • Have experience in Consuming Electronics/ Home Appliance, especially DMX account is an advantage.
  • Prefer candidate working in FMCG/Computer and Electronics/Retail and Distribution.
  • Over +10 years experiences in Senior Sales/ Manufacturing Sales/Management level/ Business Unit Management
