KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory (50%)
- Supervises the recruitment's process and budget: posting, screening, interviewing and hiring new employees for all levels (Executive, Leader, Manager and C Level);
- Plans and monitors the annual training program in accordance with business demands;
- Oversees the daily workflow within and across department to ensure smoothly operation;
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations;
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy and Labor Law;
Duties (50%)
- Collaborates with key stakeholder to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to compensation, recruitment, retention, training and development;
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes to support the organizations human resource compliance and business needs;
- Builds and develops effectives performance measurement systems (KPI systems);
- Conducts analytic report quarterly, annual operating plan for HR budget forecast, and any other ad-hoc report related to HR as per business demand;
- Maintains knowledge of trends, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to BOM and key stakeholder;
- Performs other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
A. Qualifications & Working experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resource Management is preferable.
- At least 3 years at similar position; working experience in digital business/ e-commerce field is a plus.
B. Skills & Personal Attributes
- English communication, familiar with Ms. Office ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel Pivot, Outlook, PowerPoint), Data Tracking Tools knowledge is a plus;
- Pratical recruitment's experience as well as professional networking in high level positions (Leader/ Manager/ Expert) is plus;
- Have practical experience in creation, maintenance and development of performance measurement system;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadline;
- Proactive, leadership, team management, having good human sense and people oriented.
