1. Roles and responsibility

Sales Management (70%):
  • Provide annual business plan, ensure that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal in each stage.
  • Align and drive related support functions to contribute on eco system for recruitment; agent productivity improvement; sales quality.
  • Drive, manage sales team to achieve business goals by leveraging eco system.
  • Analyze market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
  • Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans
  • Establish and reports on metrics to measure team performance, correct deficiencies where necessary
  • Distribute approved budget to support and boost sales.
  • Work in conjunction with established marketing programs to coordinate events and/or local events to expand brand visibility/lead generation.
  • Educate team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing

Development (20%):
  • Identify hiring needs, select new Sales Manager
  • Recruit, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment
  • Access training needs to further build development program and action plans to grow soft skills, technical abilities, product knowledge and needs based / consultative selling.
  • Provide coaching to direct report and high potential staff.

Project Management (10%):
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

2. Requirements:
  • Education: University graduates with major in Business Administration/International business/Banking
  • Experience: a minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Finance Service sector of which 7+ years of managerial experience.
  • Financial creditability e.g. financial management knowledge, insurance linked product knowledges is prefer
