*JOB OVERVIEW
As a Team Leader, S&O Recruitment, your main responsibility is to lead recruitment team, handle the sourcing, build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment Activities
Participate and implement recruitment plans based on demands of Clients.
Communicate with clients’ representative to understand recruitment needs and arrange for interviews to make sure services deliver smoothly.
Ensure search and place right candidates effectively and on time.
Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing clients.
Co-operate with account management group of on boarding process.
Manage full process of recruitment activities onsite and offsite, such as post jobs, build the database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement, screen and search, select short list of candidates, organize online test, interview/ assessment and negotiate with selected candidates to supply right person in the right position by deadline.
Contact, discuss and negotiate with candidates about selection, offer package.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Take part in various activities including online and offline to broadcast brand name of Company for attracting talents, attend and coordinate job fairs, university program, …
Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level.
2. Manage Recruitment and Expense
Manage recruiters to deliver mass projects, recruitment request of projects.
Keep track of recruiter performance.
Work with clients directly to ensure high service and conversion rate.
Ensure database across all projects.
Database management
Keep track of payment.
3. Sourcing Activities
Buildup/ Manage Off - line channel including colleges, schools, universities, career fairs, POSM, email marketing, SMS, events for specific recruitment projects.
Work with Online channel or database supplier: CareerBuilder, VL24h, etc.
4. Recruitment Hub expansion.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have at least college’s degree HR or related fields.
At least 04 professional experience in recruitment with at least 02 years at supervison position.
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process is preferable.
Knowledge of local labour law and regulations.
