What are my responsibilities?
Coordinate the employee services and administration in regards to payroll, tax, social security, visa.
Coordinate the documentation where required especially in Vietnamese
Support the recruitment activity and on-boarding/off-boarding process
Ensure the people information on HR system
Relay the employee communication to HRBP
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Desired Knowledge / Experience
At least 6 months - 1 year experience as HR Administrator
Basic knowledge of HR administration and documentation for payroll, social security, tax, visa
Working experience in multinational company is welcomed
Experience in recruitment and daily employee service (from on-boarding to off-boarding) is welcomed
Keep confidentiality, communicative, organized, accurate, punctual
English & Vietnamese must
