1. Accountability 
a. Compensation 

- Complete monthly payroll for employees; and coordinate with Accounting team to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees and expatriates every month
- Prepare and complete the final compensation and settlement for leaving employees 
- Submit monthly MH and manpower report and other reports related to manpower whenever required 
- Check the payroll for contracted/projected staff and follow up with the payment to manpower suppliers 
- Be in charge of tasks relating to the HR software system 
- Evaluate current procedures and policies for developing compensation and benefits programs 
b. Benefits 
- Complete social, health and unemployment insurances, workmen compensation and overseas travel insurance benefits for employees and expatriates every month upon case by case basis
- Contact and communicate with social and health offices and labor authorities for matters relating to social, medical care, social insurance book and health insurance card for employees 
- Prepare and complete the monthly reports to Insurance, Tax and Labor departments
- Complete and close the transferring procedure of social insurance book for leaving staffs 
- Labor contract management 
- Arrange annual health check for all staffs 
c. Personal Income Tax 
- Calculate and complete monthly PIT declaration for employees, expatriates and report to Tax department
- Calculate and compile annual PIT finalization for employees and expatriates, and report to Tax Department 
- Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly 
d. Other duties as assigned by GA&HR Manager 
2. Requirements 
- Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent 
- Have at least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a foreign company
- Have ability to independently control and manage compensation and benefits area of the whole company
- Familiar with Vietnamese Labor Code 
- Good command of English (writing, speaking, listening and reading) 
- Excellent skills of MS Office, especially Excel functions and Word
- Good communication skills, proactive and high responsible person 
- Good time management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multi-tasks
- Pay high attention to detail, careful, honest, proactive, initiative, and able to work under high pressure
