Responsibility • Lead and develop the organization development (OD) strategy for the company, including: • Defining the company's vision, mission, and core values. • Developing OD programs and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and employee capabilities. • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of OD programs. • Advising the leadership team on matters related to human resources and corporate culture. • Managing and developing the OD team. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and the community. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience working in the field of organizational development. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. • Knowledge of emerging organizational development trends. Proficiency in OD software is a plus. • Chinese speaking skill is a must requirement
