Responsibilities:
Manage and control work of quality control and quality assurance by setting quality standard, creating operational processes, reviewing the results, getting the feedback and making improvement to deliver the product meet customers’ requirement
Set up policy, strategies and control laboratory related with Laws and Regulation as well as company's policy
Manage and control resources for quality control and quality assurance works
Encourage under supervision for continuous improvement and innovation related with Quality control and Quality assurance work
Create a safe work environment for other facility employees that may enter or working in the laboratory
Liaise with internal stakeholder, including production, supply chain and regulatory affairs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Petrochemical, Polymer science or Chemical engineering or a related scientific field
Having/ familiar with licensing or certification in LIMS, ISO17025 is a plus
15 years in overall working and 10 years at least for work and manage in laboratory both of Quality control and Quality assurance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to make difficult decision, correctly
Working knowledge of relevant regulations and quality control standard
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
Fluently in English both orally and in writing
Proficient in laboratory instrument and technics
