Job title: Marketing Lead (Singapore).
Job Description:
Our Marketing Lead will work directly with our Founder/CEOs and other functional teams and be responsible for the B2B marketing activities which are not limited to:

Redesign company websites then manage and update the websites periodically;

Conduct market research about marketing trends and explore customer insights; analyze trends to improve the marketing strategy;

Plan, manage and track the efficiency of marketing campaigns as well as events;

Build and manage content for communication channels, including Facebook, Website, and LinkedIn;
-
Create planning and reporting processes that will help improve overall marketing efforts and give guidance to internal teams;

Help to define key metrics to management for ongoing marketing improvements;

Measure and report all marketing campaigns' performance, assess against goals; identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Job Requirements
Our Marketing Lead is expected to have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required, marketing-related IT/Gaming background;

English proficiency (both written and spoken);
-
The high-level project, budget and time management capacity, and ability to work constructively in a fast-moving team environment;

At least 3 years of marketing experience covering social marketing, content marketing; or digital marketing experience are preferred;

Strong leadership and collaboration skills;

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

Be creative, imaginative, and original;
● Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
