Role
- Together with the Executive Chairman, you will essentially be the face of Paytech to the market 
- You will be leading the Paytech business alongside the Chief Operating Officer 
- You will be directly in charge of all the commercial and “front office” functions / teams

Reporting line and Structure
- You will be reporting to the Executive Chairman and founder of the company
- You will be working closely with the Senior advisor and Board member to the company
- You will be part of the Senior executive team, working closely with the COO and other senior executive members eg HR, Finance, etc

Responsibilities 
- Lead and manage all commercial departments including marketing, customer teams, merchant teams, products and services, data analytics and key account / relationship teams
- Work closely with Executive Chairman to manage key external stakeholders (including investors )which will include high profile members of business and government agencies
- Follow up on new business areas and work with COO to ensure timely delivery
- In charge of formulating paytech business strategy for Executive Chairman
- Lead the monthly executive committee meeting, chaired by Executive Chairman
- Support design and excel against KPIs set by the BOD
- Quarterly presentation to BOD
- Accountable for overall financial performance of the business and commercial KPIs
- Act as a key liaison for strategic international stakeholders in terms of business matters ie regulator reporting and update meetings. 
- Support Executive Chairman and Senior Advisor for matters relating to Corporate Strategy and relevant actions ie M&A, Fundraising

Working hours and location
- Hours expected of a CEO
- You are likely required to engage in meetings after hours 
- Location is Hanoi but flexibility to have hybrid work (HCMC) for the right candidate

Experience
- Minimum 15 years digital marketing and/or coalition loyalty points business within industry dealing with consumers and merchants 
- Minimum 5-10 years of senior leadership position and more recently at C class level
- Designing and implementing commercial strategies to drive customer, merchant and revenue growth using partnerships, other channels and direct to consumer data driven insights 
- Experience in assembling, transforming and managing commercial front office high performing teams with headcount of more than 50 people
