Key Responsibilities:
• Develop projects to improve the OEE and efficiency.
• Promote Lean culture in production and plant wide activities.
• Lead cost saving projects and kaizen implementation.
• Maintain direct and indirect labor standards.
• Maintain and develop, optimize plant layout efficiently, safely.
• Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary in coordination with Manufacturing.
• Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Lead the Plant continual improvement by the facilitation, training, and implementation of Lean Initiatives through all organizational levels.
• Facilitate the identification of improvement opportunities by the development of Value Stream Maps, Kaizen Events, PDCA and strategy deployment activities.
• Provide training related to Lean Principles and Tools to all organizational levels of the plant.
• Become Change Agents and lead the Lean transformation culture.
• Perform other related duties as required under the direction of the GMM.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
• Experience: At least 10 years working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in engineering. Experience in garment manufacturing is a big advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in GSD driven approach
• Good English Language skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint)
• Strength in Leadership and Management
• Strength in Passion for Achieving Results
• Works effectively with others.
• Preferably with intimate apparel experience (not a must)
