I. Responsibility:
- Executes short and long-term sales strategies to meet Country business plans and goals to grow market share by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
- Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships with strategically important customers to influence opportunities. Qualifies and assesses potential construction clients and opportunities.
- Evaluates Company’ overall customer satisfaction performance and leads initiatives that drive company improvement of customer satisfaction and proactive resolution on customer issues
- In conjunction with Country Sales Manager, establishes Country account development goals consistent with Country strategic direction. Ensures focus on developing new business at Target Accounts. Consistently seeks to expand the scope of technical sales.
- Analyzes assigned markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting planned profits and makes adjustments to the plan when necessary.

- Language Skill: English Internal use OR Chinese advanced
- Industry: CCTV, Security Technology
- Year of experience: at least 2 years in CCTV, security system, M&E, or related field)
- Experienced in Sales/Business Development (candidate who has client source in Real Estates, Industrial Park company)
- Be able to go for business trip regularly
