Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

 
  • Responsible for the overall product quality for the plant from design, NPI, mass production, testing, SQE, document control, customer quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for quality strategic of the plant ensure adherence with customer expectations.
  • Leading the cross-function to get all necessary certifications.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and strict adherence to a quality program.
  • Develops and/or reviews standards, policies, and procedures for all functions and departments involved with or related to the production of all products.
  • Set quality direction and ensure compliance for the implementation and maintenance of quality systems in accordance with ISO requirements and any other international quality standards.
  • Have the ultimate authority and decision over the shipment of any product or products and accepts the responsibility for products which need to be compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Present and provide budget for all QA equipment, procedures, and department expenditure.
  • Implement routine quality reviews, quality reporting, and corrective actions to help improve quality and reduce costs of poor quality.
  • Develops strategy for recruiting, developing, deploying, and retaining employees.
  • Mentor, motivate, develop, evaluate, and oversee Quality Department's employee performance.
  • Support and perform Quality Internal Auditors' training to ensure continual staff of trained auditors.
  • Coordinate, help and perform quality education to entire plant staff by education, coaching and training.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant major
  • 10+ years working experience in mechanical consumer products manufacturing industry and at least 5 years in management role.
  • Familiar with International standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13001, CE, UL, SUS...)
  • Deep knowledge in QC systems and tools (SPC, MSA, 7 QC Tools, PPAP, AQL)
  • Deep knowledge on Process Capacity Analysis (Cpk, Ppk), FMEA,
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving methodology as DMAIC, '5 Why',
  • Management and conducting of certification and customer audits,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
