I. KEY DUTIES:
  • Develop processes and formulas to ensure product launch and product expansion of the department
  • Evaluate the performance parameters of the applied processes to create efficiency and cost savings, while maintaining the company's quality and strictly complying with the provisions of legal standards on food safety Vietnamese products and health
  • Research processes and technologies that support best practice operations and product quality to ensure and improve quality and reduce product costs
  • Develop reports on test and analysis results to ensure documentation of all analyzes are developed and results are linked
  • Coordinate with internal departments to proactively participate in the product research and development process to implement the correct process and on time.
  • Conduct projects related to research and product development activities to manage from project to product delivery on time and with quality.
  • Communicate process implementation information to respective operational areas and train staff accordingly
  • Build a continuous improvement process, to continuously improve the product and process quality of the meat supply chain
  • Perform other tasks appropriate to the department's work and job position as assigned by superiors.
  • Timely direct and supervise the work of employees to ensure that employees work according to procedures, regulations, and work instructions to bring about efficiency and labor safety.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor of food technology, biology, agricultural, forestry and seafood processing, microbiology.
  • Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Communication, planning and leadership skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in food companies in the field of R&D related to processed meat: sausages, frozen meat, bacon, etc.
  • Other requirements: Conditions for assigning OSH compliance: training in OSH classes organized by the company in group 1.
  • English and foreign languages (not required, the company has interpreters)
