I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Advance Manufacturing:
Ensure data auto connection, reliability & visualization for CBD parameters, STP (Energy, Chemicals & Water), etc. at yarn & component level
  • Engineering:
Develop new yarn & component to boost Prices & Green
  • Industrial:
Incubate new technologies for Green & Product superiority
Increase % yarn & component localization in VN
  • Purchasing:
Create network with internal FG team, other DPPs & external industrial processes to fit customer needs
Map the actual full supply chain of Yarn - Chemicals - Component – Finish Good
Evaluate current panel (Yarn & component) & define priorities to focus on Components, Yarn, Chemicals, Machines and Energy
Sourcing new suppliers (Yarn & component)
Write, implement & monitor Purchase Policy to boost Prices, Availability & Green
Source Logistics / Transport solutions for Yarn-Component and Component-Finish Good to improve component CBD
  • Quality & Supply:
Ensure product & panel compliance (QA, HRP, ENV, RE)
Create strong link between component & finish good supply flow
  • Traceability:
Align & monitor Traceability roadmap for Vietnam’s Yarn & Component panel
  • Talent Acquisition:
Increase production leaders in technical expertise on yarn/ chemicals & component know-how
Upskill production leaders in Negotiation & Supplier Management Skills (Train => Practice => Ability)

II. REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Textile engineering experience at least 5 yrs
  2. Passionate for textile industry, Textile industry knowhow
  3. Basic understanding about automation & machinery
  4. Basic supply understanding
  5. SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), incl. build & manage supplier panel
  6. Sourcing & negotiation | Project management | Change management
  7. Functional management | Conflict management
  8. Traceability awareness
  9. Human development, esp. accompany next local succession | Recruitment skill (high/ stronger profiles)
  10. Resilience (go till the end/ bounce back despite development difficulties)
